HOW TO ENJOY ALL THAT IS LIFE
1. Receive all things with thankfulness.
2. Have no way life MUST go, which means, have no physical, mental, emotional needs, wants, desires, attachments, entanglements opinions, biases, prejudices, conclusions about people, places, things that MUST be met or confirmed for you to be happy.
3. Do your best with whatever appears in front of you for the joy of doing your best.
4. EVERYDAY ACT ON YOUR HIGHEST EXCITEMENT, HIGHEST PASSION, Whatever sparks your excitement, emotions, and DO THAT for as long as you are able, and have zero concern about the outcome should be, and whatever the outcome is, receive it with thankfulness.
5. Since it is illogical, irrational and nonsensical to kick against the pricks, to complain about what has happened, to stress about what is, DON’T DO IT. There is no logic in making a difficult situation worse with fear or a bad attitude.
6. Trust and appreciate the power that made life the way it is by being inclusive, not exclusive, and know that all things together work for your good.
7. Everyone is doing the best they can in any given moment.
