THAT’S LIFE
Spontaneous cycles, seasons, cause, effect, balance, equilibrium, build, destroy, pressure, release, action, reaction, ebb, flow, attract, repel, centered, off center, impulse, urge, desire, satisfied, unsatisfied, satisfied, empty, filled, empty, repeat, repeat, repeat, THAT IS the nature of LIFE. That is energy, that is who, when, where, why, what, and how energy works, why things happen the way they happen.
While scientist try to figure out the details, others try to figure out how to be happy even when life blows things up, rains on your parade. Since life is give and take, gain and loss, life and death, pain and pleasure, and what goes up must come down, what must a person do to enjoy it all? Can a person enjoy it all. Joy would indicate appreciation. Usually a person does not appreciate that which they do not enjoy.
Perhaps the problem isn’t life. Perhaps the problem is persons, personas, the personal mind of a person, the personal mind’s thoughts. If the personal mind’s thoughts has likes and dislikes, it sounds like a personal problem. If a personal mind is exclusive, rather than inclusive, it’s a person problem. If a personal mind has needs, wants, desires, and gets attached, entangled, identified with people, places, things, that mind has a person problem. If a personal mind has opinions, biases, prejudices, beliefs, and draws conclusions, that person’s mind creates personal problems. Taking things personal, IS the problem. Maybe it’s time to ghost the person your mind thinks it is, time to ignore the ghost in your head that serves itself, and not you.
Who created the ghost in your head–your mom, dad, brothers, sisters, and other crazy relatives, and not so friendly, friends, and other associates, that’s who created the ghost. What’s left after you ghost, your ghost and its personal problems. At a minimum, no more problems with your ghost (Side note: If you work on your ghost’s personal problems, retrain it, help it dump its programming, and reprogram it, you’ll only have to ghost it when it forgets it doesn’t exist, like when it suddenly resurfaces and wants cheese with its whine, or whining). What’s left after you ghost or retrain your ghost? The “real” you, the observer, beholder, watcher, viewer, perceiver, spectator (an-audience-of-one) watching life doing life its way, without a single comment or opinion from the ghost in your head. On the other hand, what if you could enjoy the ghost in your head, every thought-entity trying its best to get your attention. If you do that, then you can say, “I’m enjoying ALMOST all that is life.”
To enjoy all that is life, right now, you have to enjoy your personal mind’s thoughts, its likes and dislikes, its exclusiveness and inclusiveness; enjoy its needs, wants, desires, and its attachments, entanglements, and identifying with people, places, things; enjoy its opinions, biases, prejudices, beliefs, and conclusions. In other words, you have to enjoy your mind having personal problems, and taking things personal.
------------------------
To want nothing, need nothing, desire nothing from anyone, anything, any place is undefiled freedom to enjoy everything for the joy of it.
Many lifetimes to enjoy creation’s nature and, explore and learn the science, the mysteries of creation.
