words

A baby is born aware. A baby doesn’t know it is aware.  A baby is a biological sensing organism, a life-form, an energy-form.

All babies get programmed.  You were programmed.

An infant doesn’t know anything.  It doesn’t think.  It has a thinker, but the thinker’s gas tank is empty.  It has no words.  It gets programmed with words.

Young kids don’t give a thought, a thought.  They have a thought, and they do the thought.  Kids act-out their thoughts.  When older, they think they are their thoughts.  They think they are, THE THINKER.

You were taught a lot of words, learned a lot of words.  You think with words.  You think you’re THE THINKER.  But before there was THE THINKER, there was THE AWARENESS.

Some folks think, “I think, therefore I am.”  Those folks are partly right.  I think, therefore I am a thinker.  But since you can stop thinking, and just be aware, so what are you really?
When you are asleep, you’re not aware you’re asleep.  Your awareness awakens when you awaken, and then you know you were asleep.  So sometimes, you are not aware, so  what are you really?

Some folks think they are consciousness.  Consciousness can become unconscious, so what are you really?

Humans come and go.  You can stop thinking.  Awareness can be unaware.  And consciousness can be unconscious (all those words, and they don’t define what we are).

Words attempt to define describe what humans are:  I AM A THINKER; I AM AN AWARENESS; I AM A CONSCIOUSNESS (some use the words, I AM AN OBSERVER.  Words leave humans wanting.  The truth is elsewhere.

The truth can be experienced in the stillness of silence, when the thinker, the awareness, the consciousness, the observer STOP doing their things.

There are many dimensions to life.  To enter, STOP thinking.  STOP the words. STOP regurgitating your programs.

And just as we are beginning to make progress, THE THINKER wants to know, “What am I?”

Well then, obviously, it’s oxymoron time–contradiction, juxtaposition, opposite meanings, paradoxical-word-salad-time.  How but by using the word, THINKER, to describe THE THINKER, can the fruits of non-thinking be experienced?

Besides thinking, there is the word, REALIZATION, or perception (and now we’re back to the word, AWARENESS).  It’s a mad circle of words.

THE EXPERIENCE: I stopped thinking.  I was sitting, eyes closed, with not a thought bouncing around in my noggin–THE THINKER.  The tank had plenty of fuel (words) but I gave them not a thought, no monologue, didn’t engage them, didn’t play with them, paid them no attention.  I focused on my breathing, breath in, breath out, breath in, breath out, AND THEN IT HAPPENED.  I fell asleep (well, that happened a lot, but not THIS time).

NOTE:  The “secret” is, FOCUS.  It doesn’t matter WHAT you focus your attention on, just do it intently, concentrate, zoom in.  Whether you’re focused on a rock, an ant, a flower, or NOTHING, it’s the FOCUS that propels you into a different dimension, or state of being (different state of awareness).  However, if you are aware that you are aware, that’s still your thinker, thinking–that’s like knowing you are asleep.  If you know you’re asleep, you’re not asleep.  You’re awake.  In the state or dimension of just being, you are not aware that you are aware (you are only aware of what’s happening).

I was intensely focused on something.  Next thing I was aware of was that I was looking down at my body from way up high.  Then a thought appeared, “I am big.”  At the thought, I slammed back into my body.  Another time I was in space in an energy body, and another time without an energy body.

WHAT ARE YOU?  You’re either aware you are having an experience, or you are the experience.  The real you IS THE EXPERIENCE.  The REAL YOU doesn’t HAVE experiences.  THE EXPERIENCE IS YOU.

WHAT OTHER WORDS DESCRIBE “THE EXPERIENCE IS YOU”?

I AM THE EXPERIENCE.  I AM LIFE.  I AM ALSO THE HUMAN EXPERIENCING LIFE.  I AM THAT I AM, AND I AM THAT, AND THAT, AND THAT.

WHAT VALUE IN KNOWING THAT?  WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE THE EXPERIENCE, YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE NOT.  WHAT’S THE VALUE IN KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE NOT?

YOU NOW KNOW THAT ALL THE “YOU ARE NOTS” ARE TEMPORARY MANIFESTATIONS OF THE I AM, THAT I AM,  PLAYING A GAME CALLED LIFE.

WHAT VALUE IN KNOWING THAT I AM THAT I AM, IS ME, PLAYING ME, AND THAT I DON’T REALLY EXIST?  IT KICKS THE ANGST OUT OF YOU.  YOU’RE NO LONGER neurotic, afraid, anxious, stressed, no more guilt, remorse.  ALL THAT’S LEFT ARE THE FEELINGS OF PEACE, HAPPINESS, JOY, BLISS, ECSTASY, AND APPRECIATION.
